LIEN YING CHOW LEGACY FELLOWSHIP COUNCIL
连瀛洲纪念奖学金理事会
The Fellowship Council, comprising eminent public figures and private individuals as well as representatives from the Lien Foundation, contributes to the strategic overseeing of the programme. Members of the Council are actively involved in the recruitment of candidates and form the selection panel of the Lien fellows. They also provide fellows with valuable networking opportunities and guidance.
本奖学金计划设立一个理事会,成员包括来自新加坡政界、商界、连氏基金和学术机构的代表。理事会参与候选人的招募 和得奖人的遴选,在奖学金计划的发展中给予战略指导,并为学者提供人脉拓展的机会。

Mr Wong Kan Seng was appointed as Chairman in August 2011. He is former Member of Parliament for Bishan- Toa Payoh GRC. Mr Wong is a well-known politician and diplomat in Singapore. He first contested and won the 1984 Parliamentary election and was re-elected as Member of Parliament in six successive general elections. Mr Wong had headed many key ministries and offices including Community Development, Communications and Information, Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs and National Security. He retired from the Cabinet as Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security in May 2011. Mr Wong had remained a Member of Parliament, and Special Adviser to Economic Cooperation until 2015, when he was finally retired from political service after 31 years.
黄根成先生于2011年8月担任连瀛洲纪念奖学金主席至今。 他是前任碧山-大巴窑集选区国会议员。黄先生是位知名 的政治活动家和外交家,有着十分杰出的政治生涯。他于 1984年当选国会议员后,连续六次在大选中连任。黄先生 曾经领导过很多关键的政府部门,包括社区发展部、交通 及新闻部、外交部和内政部,以及担任国家安全统筹部 长。他也曾是国会领袖。黄根成先生于2011年5月从新加坡 内阁副总理兼国家安全统筹部长职位上退休。

Mr Stanley Loh Ka Leung is Singapore’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China. He also served as Deputy Secretary (International) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore Trade Representative in Taipei, Press Secretary to then Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Deputy Chief of Mission at the Singapore Embassy to the USA.
罗家良先生是现任新加坡驻中国大使。此前,他曾担任新 加坡外交部负责国际事务的副常任秘书,新加坡驻台北贸 易代表,前国务资政吴作栋的新闻秘书以及新加坡驻美国 大使馆副馆长。
Ms Lien Siaou-Sze is the Senior Executive Coach at Mobley Group Pacific. Prior to this role, she was Senior Vice President with HP Asia-Pacific & Japan. Ms Lien is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Nanyang Technological University.
连萧思女士现任威埃励企业管理咨询有限公司高级经理教 练。此前,她是惠普亚太及日本地区服务部门高级副总 裁。她目前担任南洋理工大学校董会的董事。
