ELIGIBILITY
人选资格
Applicants are required to:
• be Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, or citizens of the People’s Republic of China
• be between 35 to 50 years old
• be outstanding in their chosen profession of work
• have proven leadership skills exercised at board of
directors or senior management level
• demonstrate pro-active concern for a national or
corporate issue or problem
• preferably to have completed undergraduate
studies
申请人必须具备以下条件:
• 新加坡公民, 新加坡永久居民, 或中国公民
• 年龄介于35-50岁
• 精通所属领域的专业知识和最新发展
• 新中两国政府高级官员(副司局级以上)、大型国有
或民营企业高层管理人员,具备卓越的领导才能,推
动所属机构使命与愿景的实现,正确实施组织战略
• 对解决所属国家、领域、机构的现有或潜在问题有着
强烈的意愿
• 拥有本科或以上学历
SELECTION PROCESS
遴选标准和程序
All shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview with the Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship Council.
The selection committee bases its selection on the following criteria:
• Application essay on the issue to be addressed through the proposed research project
• Proven track record in leadership positions
• Outstanding professional work experience and the
potential for more challenging leadership roles in
future
• Clear commitment to serve the community and
society
• Passion, motivation, teamwork and communication • Creative and innovative mindset
奖学金候选人将主要由新中两国相关机构推荐,所有的人 选候选人将受邀参加连瀛洲纪念奖学金理事会的面试, 遴 选参考依据为:
• 申请人关于拟研究课题的短文
• 领导经验与成就
• 杰出的专业工作经验
• 致力于服务社会,贡献卓著
• 充满激情,富有团队精神和杰出的沟通能力
• 富于创造性的思维
