南洋公共管理研究生院
Established in 2009, Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) is Singapore’s leading institution of education and research on public governance and administration.
The Centre serves as a premier training institution that promotes good governance and public services, facilitates knowledge exchanges, and strengthens cooperation between governments across the world.
Among its alumni, many are holding decision-making positions on all levels of government in their countries, including ministerial-level leaders, mayors and heads of organisations. Students come from all over China, as well as from other countries such as Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and the Philippines.
With generous support from the Lien Foundation, a prominent philanthropic organisation, NCPA conducts and facilitates interdisciplinary fellowship and research programmes focusing on public administration, economic policies, environmental issues, health care and social welfare policies, as well as economic development.
NCPA takes on the cultivation of a new generation of elite Chinese government officials, and strives to excel as an institution of public administration worldwide.
南洋理工大学的南洋公共管理研究生院设立于2009年,是新 加坡领先的公共管理研究生院。它是新加坡首个获得中国国 家外国专家局境外培训资质的高等学府,并被誉为中国政府 海外最重要的中高级干部培训基地之一。
为了达到这个目标,南洋公共管理研究生院充分整合南大优
质的教学资源,同时也与多个世界著名公共管理学院、跨国
企业与组织、及新加坡的政府部门结成战略合作伙伴,并不
断拓展课程内容,拓宽培训领域和深化研究方向。
南洋公共管理研究生院目前专门为中国官员开办两个硕士课 程以及英文的硕士项目,学院也提供中、英文的高级培训项 目,主要培训内容模块包括公共管理与创新、城市规划和管 理、经济管理和高校管理。至今已有1万5多名官员到南大接 受短期培训。他们分别来自于中国、越南、缅甸、柬埔寨、 老挝、菲律宾等国家。
南洋公共管理研究生院以培养新一代中国政府精英为己任,
并在此过程中,不断开拓和进取,努力将自己发展成为东南
亚、及全球最卓越的公共管理学院。
